The Town of Surfside offers On-Street and Off-Street (Municipal Parking Lot) options. There are handicap parking spaces available with a four hour maximum parking time limit.

On-Street Parking: The parking rate in the Town of Surfside is $2.00 per hour for On-Street parking. There is a two hour maximum time limit Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, and a four hour maximum time limit Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 am and all day Saturday and Sunday. The Town offers various payment options, dependent on the location, as follows: multi-space meters, single-space meters, and Pay By Phone.

On-Street Parking in the Business District: There is a variable parking rate in the Town of Surfside's Business District (9400 and 9500 blocks of Harding Avenue).  Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, the rate is is $4.00 per hour for on-street parking, with a two hour maximum time limit. After the expiration of 2 hours, the parking space is non-renewable in the business district. Between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., the rate is $2 per hour. The rate on Saturday and Sunday is $2.00 per hour all day.

Off-Street Parking (Municipal Parking Lots): The parking rate is $4.00/hour with a three-hour non-renewable limit from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and $3.00/hour from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am with a three hour limit that is non-renewable. The Town offers various payment options, dependent on the location, as follows: multi-space meters, and Pay By Phone.

MULTI-SPACE PARKING METERS: The multi-space parking meters offer a range of payment options including bills, coins, credit cards and debit cards.

Bills: Accepts only $1.00 bills - NO CHANGE GIVEN
Coins: Accepts nickels, dimes and quarters. NO PENNIES are accepted. Minimum transaction amount is twenty-five cents. Additional time can be purchased in increments.
Credit Cards: Accepts Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express credit cards. Minimum credit card transaction is 1 hour. Additional time can be purchased in $0.25 (twenty-five cent) increments.

SINGLE-SPACE METERS:

Coins: Accepts nickels, dimes and quarters. NO PENNIES are accepted. Minimum transaction amount is five cents.
Credit Cards: Accepts Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express. Minimum credit card transaction is 1 hour. Additional time can be purchased in $0.25 (twenty-five cent) increments.

PAY BY PHONE:

Minimum transaction time is 1 hour. Additional time can be purchased in increments.

Credit Cards: Accepts Visa/Master Card/Discover/American Express.
